Working Principle of the Machine

  1. Place the stainless steel round tube to be cut on the worktable.
  2. Set the laser power, cutting speed, and gas pressure parameters according to the material type and thickness.
  3. Start the laser generator. The laser beam is transmitted through an optical fiber, collimated by a collimating mirror, focused by a focusing lens, and then emitted from the nozzle.
  4. Under the control of the numerical control system, the cutting head moves along the preset path. The high-power density of the laser beam focus melts and evaporates the material.
  5. Cutting gases such as oxygen and nitrogen are quickly ejected through the nozzle, blowing away the molten material to form a smooth cut.
  6. After the cutting is completed, turn off the laser generator and clean the equipment.
